To apply for one of our rental properties you must submit an Application for Residential Tenancy form which is available by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Once you have completed the application form and gathered all other necessary documentation, please fax it to our office on +61 7 4974 7277 or email to enquiries@cbdc.com.au. To ensure a timely response, please remember to provide copies of the relevant identification documents required for processing your application.

At Coldwell Banker we understand your need to find the perfect home as soon as possible, therefore we aim to process applications and provide you with an answer within 24-36 hours.

Once the application has been approved by the Lessor you will need to be available within 24 hours to sign the appropriate Tenancy documents (Form 18a General Tenancy Agreement and a Form 2 Bond Lodgement) and pay the first two (2) weeks rent in the form of Bank Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card (charges apply to the card holder).

The bond (equal to four (4) weeks rent up to $500pw or five (5) weeks rent $501pw+) must be paid, funds cleared, and all lease documents signed prior to the keys being handed over at the commencement of the tenancy.
